Software that has to work on Monday

We build and run the systems a business depends on day to day: online shops, internal tools, and the servers underneath them. Small team, no account managers, no ticket queue.

What we do

Small team, no account managers. You talk to the people who write the code.

Web & e-commerce

Shops and business sites that have to work for real: product catalogs, supplier feeds, orders, invoices, transactional mail that lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder.

Custom software

Internal tools, integrations and the awkward thing that no off-the-shelf product does. We take the projects where the interesting part is the problem, not the framework.

DevOps & hosting

Deployments, server configs, database migrations, the mail that stopped sending. The unglamorous half that decides whether everything else stays up.

AI training & automation

We run AI coding agents on real client work every day. We teach your team to do the same, and take away the repetitive work that quietly eats your week.

Training your team

Hands-on sessions on your own repository and your own tasks. Not a slide deck about the future of AI.

  • Claude and Claude Code: how to get real work out of an agent in a real codebase, not just answers to questions.
  • Codex and OpenCode: what each one is good at, and when it is worth switching.
  • Prompts, project instructions and context: written so they hold up in a repository that is a genuine mess.
  • Reviewing what the agent produced: what to check before anything gets merged, deployed or sent to a customer.
  • Running models on your own hardware: for when the data is not allowed to leave the building.

Automating the repetitive work

Almost every company has a handful of tasks somebody redoes every week, only because nobody has ever sat down and got rid of them. We find those and get rid of them.

  • Working out what is actually worth automating first. A fair amount of it is not.
  • Agents wired into the tools you already pay for: mail, spreadsheets, invoicing, your shop, your servers.
  • Scheduled jobs that do the boring pass and only speak up when something looks wrong.
  • Handover: it lives in your repository, documented, and it keeps working if you never call us again.

A supplier price list arrives as a PDF every Monday morning. Nobody should be retyping it into the shop.
